There is joy in Brij regarding Hariyali Teej, the temple management has made strong arrangements for the convenience of the devotees

Mathura, 06 August (HS). The temple management in Mathura and Vrindavan has made elaborate arrangements for the convenience of devotees on Hariyali Teej in Braj on Wednesday. There will be one-way entry from the entry routes of major temples including Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, Dwarkadhish Temple, Banke Bihari Temple and there will be a provision for keeping shoes and luggage in the cloakroom on the entry route. Devotees will not be able to exit from the gate through which they enter the temple. Devotees have been appealed not to bring children, sick people, handicapped and elderly people.

Thakur Bankebihari Temple Manager Munish Sharma said that devotees coming from Vidyapeeth Chauraha, Kishorpura through the lane in front of Bihariji Police Chowki will exit from Gate No. 3 and devotees coming from Gate No. 4 will exit from Gate No. 2. Devotees coming from VIP Marg, Dauji Tiraha will enter from Gate No. 2. Inside the temple also, arrangements have been made to allow devotees to have darshan of the deity by barricading with ropes, so that devotees cannot reach another route from their route. Cloak rooms have been established at Vidyapeeth Chauraha, Kishorpura Tiraha, Dauji Tiraha, VIP Marg. Devotees will remove their shoes and slippers here, keep their luggage and proceed towards the temple. The manager has appealed to the devotees to come to the temple without wearing gold ornaments etc.

For the convenience of devotees, the temple doors will open at the fixed time in the morning on Hariyali Teej. After the Rajbhog Aarti at 1.55 pm, the temple doors will close at 2 pm. Similarly, in the evening, the temple doors will open half an hour earlier at 5 pm, and after the Shayan Aarti at 10.55 pm, the temple doors will close at 11 pm. The darshan time has been increased by two hours each in the morning and evening.

On Hariyali Teej, the swing festival will start in every temple and ashram of the city including Radhavallabh, Radharaman, RadhaDamodara, RadhaShyamSundar, Govinddev, Gopinath, MadanMohan, Gokulanand, VrindavanChandra Temple. Thakurji will sit in the swing for fifteen days and give darshan to the devotees. A large number of devotees from the country and the world come to visit Vrindavan temples on Hariyali Teej. Regarding this, the Transport Department has issued route diversion. The route will remain diverted till Wednesday night. Traffic in-charge Shaurya Kumar said that vehicles will be banned from Chhatikara, 100 Shaiya Tiraha, Yamuna Expressway, Pani Ghat Tiraha to Vrindavan. Vehicles will be banned on the Parikrama Marg from Panighat Tiraha. All types of vehicles will not be able to enter from Chamunda Cut, Kailash Nagar Mor, Sunrakh Road. Only vehicles coming from Yamuna Expressway related to emergency services will be parked at Daruk Parking, Tourist Suvidha Kendra. Vehicles will be parked at Electric Bus Charging Parking, Sub-Mandi Samiti, ITI Campus, Tourist Suvidha Kendra, Chauhan Parking, Maa Vaishnodevi Parking, Rukmini Vihar Multi-Storey Parking, Annapurna Parking, Royal Bharti Mode, Near Six Peaks Temple, in front of Hare Krishna Orchid. No vehicles will be allowed to enter Vrindavan during no entry time. Local people will be able to go to their residences only by showing their IDs. DM Shailendra Kumar Singh and SSP Shailesh Kumar Pandey are constantly giving necessary guidelines regarding traffic system.
