News India Live, Digital Desk: According to party sources, the current state president of Uttar Pradesh BJP Pankaj Chaudhary (who took charge on December 14, 2025), the brainstorming has intensified from Delhi to Lucknow regarding the selection of the new team. In this change, preference can be given to new and influential youth in place of old faces.

Key Strategic Changes

New appointment of regional presidents: BJP has divided Uttar Pradesh into 6 organizational zones. The news is that all 6 regional presidents can be changed. In view of the complaints received against the current presidents and the new goals of Mission 2027, the leadership does not want to take any kind of risk.

Caste and Social Equation (Caste Engineering): Special attention is being given to ‘social engineering’ in the new team. Efforts are being made to create a balance between the Backward Classes (OBC), Dalits, Brahmins and youth so that the ‘PDA’ (Backward, Dalit, Minority) formula of the Samajwadi Party can be effectively countered.

Observers report: The observers appointed for the formation of district units have completed their opinion polls and will submit their detailed report to the state leadership in the next 48 hours. After this, the names of new district heads and officials will be approved at the district and regional level.

upcoming agenda of the party

Booth Empowerment: The first responsibility of the new team will be to reorganize the ‘Saptarishi’ and ‘Panna Pramukh’ committees at every booth.

Social Media Activism: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has recently directed party workers to make maximum use of social media and counter the ‘conspiracies’ of the opposition.

Promotion of government schemes: By increasing coordination between the organization and the government, the aim has been set to take the schemes of the Center and the State to every home.

What will be the future?

BJP aims to achieve ‘hat-trick’ in the state in 2027. For this, the party is also preparing report cards of non-performing present MLAs on the basis of internal survey, so that improvements can be made in the weak areas in time.
