There is a possibility of rain in the southern part of Madhya Pradesh for the next two days, cold will increase from October 25.

Bhopal, 21 October (HS). Despite the departure of monsoon in Madhya Pradesh, rain activities continue in many districts. It rained in Betul, Gwalior and Narmadapuram on Sunday. Due to rain, the day temperature in Narmadapuram reached 27.3 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in the next two days in Indore, Narmadapuram and Jabalpur divisions in the southern part of the state. The weather here will remain changed due to the activity of low pressure area. The effect of cold may increase at night from 25th October. Currently, the night temperature in many cities is below 20 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, a low pressure area is active towards the Arabian Sea. Its effect is also visible in the southern districts of Madhya Pradesh. It has been raining here for the last 6 days and the weather will remain like this for the next 2 days also. There may be heavy rain at some places and light rain at other places. At the same time, the night temperature in Pachmarhi is hovering around 16 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, the day temperature in Betul reached 24.8 degrees Celsius. The difference between night and day temperature here was only 5.3 degrees.

Monsoon has returned from the state on October 15 but due to the activity of the system, rains continue in many districts. During the last 24 hours, rain was recorded in Burhanpur, Narmadapuram, Ratlam, Ujjain, Dewas, Sehore, Bhopal, Raisen, Chhindwara, Pandhurna, Seoni, Balaghat, Betul, Khargone, Barwani, Jhabua. If the system remains active for two days, similar weather may prevail.
