Dudhi Na Thepla Ingredients
- 1 medium sized milk
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Coriander, finely chopped
Process of making Doodhi Na Thepla
- – First of all wash it and grate it.
- Take wheat flour in a big bowl. Add milk, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, some oil and rock salt.
- After mixing everything well, knead the dough by adding water as required. You can also use some curd and boiled potatoes to make the batter.
- – Keep the dough covered for some time. – Then roll the thepla into roti or your favorite shape.
- – Now heat a pan and fry it with the help of oil. So hot milk packets are ready.
- You can add peas, carrots or other vegetables to the bag.
- You can serve it with curd or raita or different types of chutneys.
