Ranchi, 27 August (HS). Police has arrested an accused Rahul Pandit in the theft case that took place at Khushi Telecom in Jagarnathpur police station area of Ranchi. He is a resident of Vaishali district of Bihar. A stolen mobile phone has been recovered from him. The police sent the accused to jail on Tuesday.
According to the information, when the police arrested the accused, he already had a blade with him. He cut his hand with it. When a soldier saw this, he tried to snatch the blade and during this, the soldier's hand also got cut. Both got injured. Both were treated at Sadar Hospital. Both are out of danger. It is noteworthy that on May 12, Khushi Telecom's shutter was cut with a gas cutter and mobiles worth about 30 lakhs along with cash were stolen.
