Earlier on Monday, the State President left with a group of Congress leaders after paying obeisance at Congress Bhawan and first of all offered prayers at Chhinnamastika Temple, Rajrappa, then offered garlands at Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar and Shaheed Nirmal Mahato Chowk in Ramgarh and participated in the programme organised at Ramgarh Banquet Hall and Town Hall in Hazaribagh.
