Ranchi, July 8 (HS). On Monday, the BJP raised questions on the manner of oath taking of Minister Hafizul Hasan, who is a part of Hemant Soren's cabinet.
Regarding this, the BJP approached the Governor and demanded that Hafizul be sworn in again. Leader of Opposition Amar Bauri and BJP Chief Whip Biranchi Narayan reached the Raj Bhavan after the swearing-in ceremony and met Governor CP Radhakrishnan and handed over a memorandum to him.
Bauri and Biranchi said that the way Hafizul Hasan started with a religious line before taking oath was unconstitutional. Therefore, he should be sworn in again and until he is sworn in, he should be considered free from the post of minister. The Governor said that appropriate action will be taken on the memorandum of the Leader of the Opposition.
