The ads running on Telegram claim that good medical professionals will provide high-quality anesthesia to prevent fractures. According to the RT report, it also states that care will be provided even after the injury and if one fracture is not enough, a second injury will be arranged at a discounted rate. Such an ad was shown on several Telegram channels in the city of Dnipro. However, it was later removed.

In April, Ukraine made new laws regarding army recruitment. Under which there is a provision to give bonuses, cash, house and car to those who serve in the army. After several months of debate, this bill was passed in the Parliament. Under which Ukraine reduced the age of military service from 27 to 25 years. The law also states that no person of military age will be allowed to leave Ukraine.
