Under the aegis of Kanpur Caterers Association, a huge convention and oath taking ceremony was organized in a guest house in Koyla Nagar on Wednesday. Caterers from many districts of the state participated in the function. Along with this, the stalls of equipment related to catering were also inspected. The program was inaugurated by Mayor Pramila Pandey, Association Chairman Lala Trivedi, President Devendra Gupta and business leader Mukud Mishra by lighting the lamp. Hundreds of caterers came to this program and took an oath to join this organization and work as an organization. Chief guest Legislative Assembly Speaker Uttar Pradesh Satish Mahan administered the oath to the newly formed executive and also assured everyone of all possible help from the government. He said that there is power in the organization, all the caterers can unite and express their views in every field through this organization.

Many big business establishments including Goldie Masala, Tiranga Agarbati, PIG Motors, Clear Tatar, Eastern Masala also participated in the programme.
