It is being told that the girl had stomach pain and was admitted to the hospital. Where after investigation it was found that the girl was three months pregnant. The victim told the police that she had sex for the first time after watching an obscene video. After this they started doing this continuously. The police have sent the accused boy to a juvenile correction centre. Police have registered a case against a 13-year-old boy for raping his 15-year-old elder sister and impregnating her.
The police have registered a case of rape and POCSO Act. The incident came to light when the parents reached Vashi General Hospital with their minor daughter. In a statement to the police, the victim girl told that she had watched porn with her younger brother in the month of December and then tried to do this act. Based on the girl's statements, the police registered a case against her brother under sections 376 (rape) and 376 (2) (N) and 376 (2) (N) (repeated rape of the same woman) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). At the same time, a case has been registered under sections 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
