The price of gold in the world market increased to $ 2400

Mumbai: The weather was mixed in the Mumbai Jewellery market today. One-sided fluctuations were seen in the prices. It was reported that the price of gold in the world market was 2371 per ounce to 2380 to 2381 per ounce, and then the price rose sharply and crossed the highest level of 2400 and reached the highest price of 2409 to 2407 to 2408 dollars.

Market sources said that the price of gold crossed $2400 today as short-term funds increased their buying of gold globally amid the retreat of the dollar index and bond yields in the world market and rising expectations of slowing inflation growth in the US. The interest rate cut increased again.

Meanwhile, in the domestic market, gold prices in Ahmedabad market were at Rs 74,800 at 99.50 per 10 gram and Rs 75,000 at 99.90 per kg, while Ahmedabad silver prices were at Rs 93,000 per kg. In Mumbai bullion market, gold prices without GST stood at Rs 72273 at 99.50 and Rs 72563 at 99.90. While Mumbai silver price without GST stood at Rs 92204.

In Mumbai, the price of gold and silver was 3 percent higher than this price including GST. In the global market, the price of silver rose from a low of 31.07 to 31.08 dollars per ounce to 30.76 to 31.75 to 31.58 to 31.59 dollars per ounce. There was also a discussion at home that the price of gold and silver increased in the Mumbai and Ahmedabad markets late in the evening.

Meanwhile, the price of platinum in the world market increased from 1013 to 1014 to 1008 to 1009 dollars. The price of palladium increased from 1015 to 1005 to 1006 dollars. However, copper prices remained soft by 0.69 percent today at the global level.

The price of crude oil also increased in the world market today. The price of Brent crude increased from 84.61 to 85.89 to 85.33 dollars per barrel. The price of American crude increased from 81.43 to 82.97 to 82.40 dollars.
