The person in the world who controlled sleep, slept only 30 minutes in 24 hours, this is how he got control over his mind | News India

Most people in Japan live a long life. This is believed to be due to the lifestyle and food habits there. However, these days the strange lifestyle of a Japanese person has become a topic of discussion.

A man named Daisuke Hori has been sleeping only 30 minutes in 24 hours for the last 12 years and is trying to double his lifespan. He is claiming that he has adapted his brain to minimum sleep and this has improved his efficiency. He is also training other people in this.

Daisuke Horie, who lives in Hyogo Prefecture in western Japan, claims he has trained his mind and body to function on minimal sleep and never feels tired, the South China Morning Post reports.

Daisuke Hori is an entrepreneur who is passionate about music, painting and mechanical design. He started cutting down on sleep 12 years ago to get more active hours in the day. After a lot of effort, he managed to limit his sleep to only 30 to 45 minutes per day.

Daisuke Hori says that if you play sports or drink coffee an hour before eating, you can avoid sleepiness. In 2016, Daisuke Hori founded the Japan Short Sleepers Training Association, where he runs classes on sleep and health.
