Saharsa, 07 July (HS). The passenger shed built for pedestrians on the city's Kachhari Road has been encroached upon. The encroachers have encroached upon it by fencing it.
The passenger shed is confined within the boundary wall of the temple. Due to the construction of many shops on the road outside the boundary wall, the way to the passenger shed from the road is closed. The common people are not getting any benefit from the passenger shed.
The passenger shed was constructed with lakhs of rupees from MP funds. The construction of the passenger shed on Kachhari Road made the villagers of Aran, Bishanpur, Bhelwa, Hakpada and other villages very happy. During the journey, the common people had a lot of convenience to stay in the sun and rain. The passengers who missed the train at Kachhari station also had a lot of convenience to stay.
First, a local citizen surrounded the passenger shed inside the temple by building a boundary wall. Common passengers used to use the shed for staying, which was stopped. By setting up shops in front of the temple, it was completely encroached upon. On asking about this, many passengers said that having the passenger shed used to give us great relief in staying during summers and rainy season. By encroaching the passenger shed, the problems of the common people have been increased. People said that if the administration makes the passenger shed encroachment free, then it will be of great convenience to the common people.
