Mandla-Katni, 11 April (HS). Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday addressed huge public meetings organized in Mandla and Katni of Madhya Pradesh. Taking aim at Congress, he said that in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, on one side there is BJP and NDA under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while on the other side there is Indi alliance with nepotism and corruption. Prime Minister Modi's aim is to uplift every person of poor, tribal and backward society, whereas the only aim of the opposition alliance and Congress party is to take the family forward.
Shah said that when Narendra Modi came to power in 2014, he had taken a pledge for the development of the poor, Dalits and backward classes, then the media took a dig at this resolution. But under the able leadership of Modi, 25 crore people have been brought out of the poverty line in the last 10 years. The BJP government in Madhya Pradesh provided the benefit of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi to 95 lakh farmers, provided tap water to the homes of 70 lakh women, provided free health insurance of up to Rs 5 lakh to 4 crore poor, built toilets in 80 lakh houses. Gave gas cylinders to 83 lakh women and houses to 42 lakh poor. Prime Minister Modi has done many works for the welfare of the poor.
He said that Congress did nothing for the tribal community during its 55 years of rule but Prime Minister Modi gave respect to the entire tribal community by making a tribal woman the President of the country for the first time. Congress has only betrayed the tribal community but for the first time in the government of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the Tribal Ministry was formed and after that Prime Minister Modi started celebrating Birsa Munda Jayanti as 'Tribal Pride Day'.
The Union Home Minister said that Congress postponed the issue of Ram Temple for 55 years but during his tenure, Prime Minister Modi has ended the wait of 500 years by getting Ram Lalla consecrated. Ramlala will celebrate Ram Navami in his grand palace after 500 years. Under the BJP government, many temples have been restored including Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, Mahakal Corridor, Somnath Temple Renovation and restoration of Mahakali Temple. He said that during the Congress rule, terrorism and Naxalism were hurting the entire country but Prime Minister Modi has almost eliminated Naxalism from the entire country including Madhya Pradesh. Shah said that during the Congress rule, there used to be terrorist attacks in the country every day, but the BJP government under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi entered Pakistan and eliminated the terrorists by carrying out surgical and air strikes. Under the leadership of BJP, India became the first country in the world to reach the South Pole of the Moon and Prime Minister Modi named it Shiv-Shakti Point, which was appreciated all over the world. Under the leadership of Modi, India has hoisted its diplomatic flag in the whole world by successfully organizing G-20.
He said that Congress kept the entire country divided on casteism, nepotism and corruption for 70 years but Prime Minister Modi has completely eliminated casteism, nepotism and corruption from the country. Modi has recognized only four castes in the country which are poor, youth, food providers and women power. He said that Congress committed scams worth Rs 12 lakh crore in the country and when action is being taken against them, they are facing problems. Prime Minister Modi had pledged to put every corrupt person in jail and return every penny to the public, which he is implementing today.
He said that to fulfill the resolve of 'Developed India' it is necessary to make Modi the Prime Minister of the country once again. Prime Minister Modi, who empowered the women of the country by giving 33 percent reservation in Parliament to the mothers and sisters of the country, should definitely get the blessings of the people of Mandla. Shah roared and urged the public to make BJP win 29 seats and make Modi the Prime Minister again and win more than 400 seats.
