Kishanganj, 02 September (KS). The foundation stone for the construction of the drain in Imli Gola Chowk Ward No. 3 of the Municipal Council area was laid by the Municipal Council Chairman Indradev Paswan on Monday by cutting the ribbon.

Nagar Parishad President Indradev Paswan said that development of the city is the first priority, wherever there is a need for roads and drains, construction has to be done under various schemes. He said that a drain will be built from Imli Gola Chowk via Subhash Palli via Kabir Chowk. He said that work worth more than 100 crores has been done in just a few years of his tenure.

Nagar Panchayat President Indradev Paswan said that the drain will be constructed at a cost of 90 lakh 77 thousand rupees. The foundation stone has been laid in this connection. During the foundation stone laying, ward councilor Deven Yadav said that due to the absence of a drain, people had to face a lot of problems. Keeping this in mind, construction is being done so that people do not face any problems. Councilors Jamshed Alam, Deven Yadav, senior JDU leader Buland Akhtar Hashmi, Pradeep Ravidas, councilor Deepak Kumar, Ashok Paswan, etc. were present during the foundation stone laying.
