Dehradun, 17 April (HS). Voting for all five Lok Sabha seats of Uttarakhand is to be held in the first phase on April 19. The noise of the election campaign stopped from 5 pm on Wednesday, 48 hours before the voting. Now candidates of political parties will not be able to campaign.

52 candidates in the fray

52 candidates are in the fray for the five Lok Sabha seats in the state. In this, 11 candidates are trying their luck on Tehri Lok Sabha seat, 13 on Pauri Garhwal Lok Sabha seat, seven on Almora, 10 on Nainital seat and 14 on Haridwar Lok Sabha seat. 83 lakh 37914 voters of Uttarakhand will decide the fate of the candidates.
