Mumbai: The release of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's film Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan and Ajay Devgan's Maidaan has been postponed by a day. These films are dated, they will be released on 11th April instead of 10th.
It is being claimed that 10th is a working day, hence this change has been made on the basis that the collection will be very poor on the first day. However, according to trade circles, the strategy has changed as the advance bookings for both the films have been really poor. It is also being said that multiplexes and other distributors have been asked to cancel the advance booking of the show before 6 pm on the 10th and return the money. Many fans expressed their disappointment over the decision on social media. Many people told that they had booked the first day first show on 10th but now this show is not visible on the booking sites. Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgan are clashing at the box office. However, according to trade circles, the advance booking of Ajay Devgan's Maidaan has been surprisingly better than Akshay Kumar's Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan.
