Ghaziabad, 7 August (HS). Mayor Sunita Dayal inspected the garbage transfer station operated by a company called JS Enviro near Vijay Nagar Tigri roundabout on Wednesday. During this, it was found that a tractor was bringing garbage. On being asked by the mayor, the tractor driver told that he was bringing the garbage from Crossing Republic, which the driver said in front of the camera and then denied his statement after looking at the supervisor.
Meanwhile, after some time, a tractor was bringing dung which shocked everyone. When asked, the tractor driver said that the dung was lying at a place and we picked it up. However, the company bears the payment for the garbage from the Nagar Nigam but is picking up the dung. This also shows that the dung of some private people is being picked up and the payment is taken from the Nagar Nigam in the name of garbage. The Mayor informed the Nagar Nigam health officer about this and ordered an investigation against the company and action as per the rules.
The mayor said that a company called JS Enviro is trying to deceive the Municipal Corporation. The work of picking up garbage and cow dung from the crossing is being done which is against the rules. The officials have been informed about this matter, action is expected soon.
