The popularity of the mythological Garbi continues even today among the ancient Rasotsavs. The Raas-Garba performed by the youth wearing Kathiawadi attire in the Garbi of Patel Yuva Garbi Mandal near Ranjitnagar Patel community of the city for the last 80 years attracted a lot of attention of the people. Especially Angara Raas in which the art presented by the youth amidst the fire has mesmerized the audience. In ancient Garbi, the Garbi field is sprinkled with cotton and set on fire and the players play in the flickering fire, leaving the spectators mesmerized.

Currently playing the third generation of Garbi players, the highlight of the Patel Yuva Garbi Mandal is the Angara Raas played in the dark by 14 youth. Along with this, this Garbi Mandal today presents many types of Raas played in front of Arvachin Garba like Talwar Raas, Datradan Raas, Kanbi Raas.
