Rajkot: An incident of repeated sexual harassment of a 25-year-old girl living in Gandhigram area of Rajkot city by her boyfriend, who came in contact through social media, has come to light. Even after marriage, the girl, upset with her lover, tried to commit suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling.
According to the details received in this regard, a young man named Viram Sania living in Metoda sent a friend request on the Facebook account of a girl living in Gandhigram area. After which they started talking on mobile and fell in love.
Two years ago the girl was invited to visit Rajkot. So while going to meet the girl, Viram made the girl unconscious by making her drink coffee in his Bolero car and recorded the video while having sex.
After which I called the girl on WhatsApp and told her that I have downloaded your video. If you talk to your family members, your video will be made viral and you will be defamed. By giving such threats, Viram often took the girl to hotels and his office to satisfy his lust. Although the girl was married to another boy, her lover was sexually exploiting her by threatening to make the video viral.
Fed up with Veeram’s torture, the girl even tried to commit suicide by hanging herself from the fireplace of her house in Peer. Finally, after asking the family, he told his story. So the girl lodged a complaint against the accused Viram Sania in Gandhigram police station and the police registered the case and took further legal action.
