The poster put up in Patna has photos of Shatrughan Sinha, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal. It reads, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's marriage promotes love jihad. An attempt to Islamize the entire country. If Shatrughan Sinhaji does not reconsider his decision of marriage, the name of his sons Luv and Kush and house will be changed to Ramayan immediately. This is an insult to Hinduism. Sonakshi Sinha will not be allowed to enter Bihar by Hindu Shiv Bhavan Sena.

Both of them got married yesterday

Yesterday, on Sunday, Zaheer Iqbal and Sonakshi Sinha got married in the presence of family and personal friends. Sonakshi (age 37) and Zaheer (age 35) had a civil marriage in the presence of their family in an apartment in Bandra. The newlywed couple announced the marriage through a post on social media Instagram. In which the caption read, 'Seven years ago today on 23.06.2017, we both saw such a beautiful form of love in each other's eyes and decided to live together since then. This love has crossed many obstacles and today we both have reached this point. We both have come here with the blessings of our families and God.' Now we have become husband and wife.

Sonakshi's wedding co-star Aditi Rao Hydari, who rose to fame with Netflix's Heeramandi, attended the ceremony with her fiancé Siddharth. Huma Qureshi also attended the event.
