Nikhil Gupta was arrested in the Republic of Kutch and extradited to the US on June 14.
India rejected these allegations. After this India formed an internal inquiry committee. Then in July this year, the Home Ministry extended Pannu's ban on Sikhs for Justice for the next five years.
