In the nursing fraud case, the public interest litigation of Law Students Association Advocate Vishal Baghel along with all other nursing related cases were heard today before the special bench of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi and Justice Achal Kumar Paliwal of the Hon'ble High Court,

In today's hearing, the High Court has directed the Medical Science University to issue enrolment to those students studying in nursing courses of session 2021-22 and session 2022-23 and include them in the examination, whose colleges were found unsuitable in the CBI investigation. The court has said that a portal should be opened for the enrolment of these students and they should be included in the examination by issuing enrolment.
