East Champaran, August 08 (HS). Headmaster Abhay Kumar of Upkramit High School Balua of Ujjain Lohiyar Panchayat of Harsiddhi police station area of ​​the district handed over the airgun recovered from the student to the police on Thursday. Police has started investigating the matter.

It is noteworthy that on Wednesday, a student of class IX came to the said school with a weapon resembling a pistol. He was scaring the children by placing the weapon on their temples. Due to which other students of the school got scared and started making noise. On hearing the noise, the school's headmaster Abhay Kumar inquired from the students. The students told the whole matter.

The student who reached school with a weapon was scolded and the weapon was snatched away. In this regard, headmaster Abhay said that the weapon caught was not a pistol. It was an airgun used to kill birds. Which was handed over to the police. Police station in-charge Nirbhay Kumar Rai said that the headmaster has handed over the airgun. Investigation is being done.
