On Tuesday, Governor Anandiben Patel and Chairman Allahabad Museum Committee inaugurated 'Radha ka Swapna' from the modern painting collection and 'Leeladhar' based on Krishna Leela in the miniature paintings of the museum in a single object exhibition under the attraction of the new initiative of the museum.
After observing the exhibition, the Governor praised the collection and beautiful composition and instructed to bring out the museum's safe collection through more and more special exhibitions and make the general public familiar with the collections. After the inauguration, the Chairman inspected the safe collection of bronze and coins and instructed to adopt the latest technology of maintenance and organize a special exhibition of the coin collection in Raj Bhavan.
On this occasion, he also chaired a review meeting on the development work and future plans of the museum. In the meeting, Director Rajesh Prasad informed point-wise about the progress of the main entrance, preparations for Maha Kumbh etc. through power point. On this occasion, the Governor also released the catalogue of Leeladhar exhibition and the sixth issue of the museum's quarterly news magazine 'Vividha'. On this occasion, Divisional Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant, Additional Police Commissioner N Kolanchi, District Magistrate Navneet Singh Chahal and other concerned officers were present.
