The government should have made these rules in advance

Ahmedabad News: In a suo moto PIL filed by advocate Amit Panchal in the case of fire at TRP Game Zone in Rajkot, the state government yesterday made new rules for legal control and compliance of gaming zones, ride-fun parks across the state. It was said that this will be announced in 15 days.

The new government rules have made third party insurance mandatory for sports fields, rides and other fairs. These games, rides and fairs will be inspected by an expert. The report of which will be presented before a committee headed by the Police Commissioner in cities and a committee headed by the District Magistrate in districts.
