Mona, who had taken training in RPA, was taking advantage of the flaw in the system
On 29 September 2023, RI Ramesh Chand of RPA had filed a case against Mooli alias Mona in Shastri Nagar police station. Mona had taken training in RPA for fraud. She used to stay in RPA campus most of the time in uniform. She was taking training by telling the police officers who were undergoing training that she was a candidate of the previous batch.
Mona Bugalia came to know that sub-inspectors of several batches were undergoing training at RPA. She started taking advantage of this confusion. IB candidates also came to RPA for training. Mona knew that the candidate also had acquaintances in Batch 48. Hence, she told them that she was an IB candidate. Mona continued training at the RPA training centre by taking advantage of the confusion of candidates of different batches undergoing training.
