The first good news from the government after the elections, 8% increase in the salary of employees

Salary Increment: Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh has given a gift to more than 1 lakh 19 thousand first, second and third class employees employed through Haryana Skilled Employment Corporation (HKRN) by increasing their salary by 8 percent.

These orders of the Chief Minister will come into effect from July 1, 2024. This announcement was made by the Chief Minister during a meeting with various labor unions and HKRN employees accompanied by the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh.

On this occasion, MLAs Mohanlal Baroli, Sitaram Yadav and Lachhman Singh Yadav were also present. Mr. Saini said that during the Congress government, the casual workers employed under the outsourcing policy were exploited. The BJP government formed Haryana Skilled Employment Corporation to save the workers from exploitation.

Salary Details

In category-1 districts, the salary of rank-1 employees will increase from Rs 18,400 to Rs 19,872, rank-2 employees from Rs 21,650 to Rs 23,382 and rank-3 employees from Rs 22,300 to Rs 24,084.

In category-2 districts, the salary of grade-1 employees will increase from Rs 16,250 to Rs 17,550, the salary of grade-2 employees will increase from Rs 19,450 to Rs 21,600 and grade-3 employees will get salary from Rs 20,100 to Rs 21,708.

Similarly, in category-3 districts, rank-1 employees will get a salary hike of Rs 15,050 to Rs 16,254, rank-2 employees will get a salary hike of Rs 18,300 to Rs 19,764 and rank-3 employees will get a salary hike of Rs 1,000 from Rs 10,000 to Rs 18,900 to Rs 20,412.
