Prayagraj, 16 February (HS). State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the first condition of good governance is rule of law. This is not possible without the cooperation of Bar and Bench. Bar and Bench always supported in establishing the good governance model of Uttar Pradesh. He said that we should work in this direction to maintain the confidence of the common man in the judicial world. If the public's faith in democracy is shaken then it will not take long for them to take to the streets. We all should always strive to further strengthen all the pillars of India's democracy.
Chief Minister Yogi attended the inauguration ceremony of Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University organized at the auditorium of the Medical Association on Friday. During this he said that dialogue has special importance in democracy. If anyone has any problem, he can directly inform the government about his problem. A person with a problem has many means to convey his views to the government. We will definitely take the problem that has reached the government to a solution.
CM Yogi said that the Constitution of India, which came into force on January 26, 1950, worked to bind the country in the thread of unity from North to South and from East to West. Not only this, the Constitution of India has also inspired the world to move forward in a democratic manner. He said that when the Constitution of the country was being prepared, there was a long discussion regarding the Preamble. During that time Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar had said one thing that our challenge is not about the expansion and end of the Constitution.
Yogi said that we are worried about how the ceremony will be. The ceremony will be good, its results will also be good, provided we have a good beginning. He said that currently three new acts have been made in the Parliament. Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Institute of Law should take the responsibility of starting a special training program for young advocates from across the state related to the judicial process including the new Act, the state government will fully support it. CM Yogi said that our government has done a lot of work in the interest of the advocates of Uttar Pradesh and will do so in future also.
The program included Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Supreme Court Justice Manoj Mishra, Justice Rajesh Jindal, Allahabad High Court Chief Justice Arun Bhansali, Uttar Pradesh Government Advocate General Ajay Kumar Mishra and Bar Council of India Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra, Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi' and others were present.
