The film Champaran Satyagraha became the center of attraction in Bihar Mahotsav, Delhi.

East Champaran, December 2 (HS). Dr. Rajesh Asthana’s film ‘Champaran Satyagraha’ has become the center of attraction in the Bihar Mahotsav organized on 3 and 4 December at Shah Auditorium, Delhi. Giving information about this, the founder and famous person of Bihar Mahotsav Theater artist Prasad Ratneshwar told that in the history of the Indian freedom struggle, the name of “Champaran Satyagraha” is mentioned in golden letters as the first non-cooperation movement. The film is attracting a lot of migrant Biharis from Delhi and surrounding areas. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the people about the film.

Dr. Rajesh Asthana, writer, actor and director of the film Champaran Satyagraha, said that today’s young generation knows very little about Champaran Satyagraha. They do not know how much sacrifices their ancestors have made. The entire film will introduce the entire world to the untouched aspects of Champaran’s past. To make today’s young generation aware of history, a grand feature film named “Champaran Satyagraha” has been made by Yuvraj Media and Entertainment.

Chairman of Bihar Festival Committee, Mohanlal Gupta said that the demand of making the film Champaran Satyagraha tax free in Bihar will be placed before Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha. Media in-charge of the festival Tanveer Hasan said that about two hundred folk artists from different districts of Bihar have reached Delhi to showcase their art.
