Paris Olympics bronze medalist Swapnil Kusale gets double promotion : Swapnil Kusale has created history by winning a bronze medal for India in shooting at the Paris Olympics 2024. Swapnil has created an unprecedented record by winning a bronze medal in his very first Olympics. Crores of people are happy with Swapnil's success but at the same time the file of his promotion has also moved forward which was stuck for a long time.

Swapnil has been serving in Central Railway since 2015 but has not received a single promotion yet. He had repeatedly requested for this. According to Swapnil's coach Deepali Deshpande, 'He was very disappointed with the attitude of his office. He has been working in the railways for the last nine years, but his promotion was never considered.'

Assistant Sports Officer of Central Railway, Ranjit Maheshwari said, 'The Paris Olympics bronze medalist will get double promotion by Friday. It is wrong that his promotion has been stopped, we have spoken to the General Manager and hope that he will get double promotion in two days.'

A colleague of Swapnil, on the condition of anonymity, said, 'He was very unhappy with the behaviour of the seniors in the office. Whenever Swapnil asked about his promotion, he always got a rude reply. He was told to report to the office before going to Paris, so that his promotion file could be processed. Swapnil did not go to the office as he was busy in training.

After Swapnil won a medal in the Olympics, the Central Railway issued instructions to promote him on Thursday. When Central Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Swapnil Neela was asked about this, he said, “I will have to inquire about this from the Pune division.” I will check and answer.
