Lucknow, 25 July (HS). The family of deceased Vijay Kumar reached in front of the Vidhan Sabha in Lucknow and protested. During the protest, when the family members started pouring inflammable substances on themselves, the policemen stopped them. It is being told that Vijay Kumar died after falling from the roof on 26 June in Para police station area. In which a person named Guddu has been made the accused.
The family of the deceased Vijay Kumar says that in the current situation, the police of Para police station is working in favor of the accused. Due to this, his family is not getting justice at the police station. The police is also avoiding arresting the accused. Ultimately, they have no other option left except to go to the Vidhan Sabha and commit suicide.
Meanwhile, Inspector Brijesh Kumar Verma of Para police station area said that Vijay was a labourer. He died while working at Guddu's place on Mohan Road. After the incident, the Panchnama of the deceased was done and the body was sent for postmortem. It has been revealed that Vijay died due to brain injury.
He told that a case has been registered on the complaint of the family of the deceased. Investigation is being done to find out whether the accused Guddu was there or not when Vijay fell from the roof. During interrogation, Guddu has denied being present at the spot. The police is busy gathering all the information about the accident. The police is investigating every aspect in the investigation.
