Waiting for death certificate

The son has invested some money in an Indian insurance company. The father also regretted the fact that without the death certificate we would not get their money. Therefore, the father has demanded that his son be declared dead and issued a certificate. The Collector Office said that there was a technical problem in declaring Rakesh Yadav dead. Since the body has not been found, it cannot be declared dead. Usually, he can be declared dead after waiting for a missing person for seven years.
