There is good news for the devotees going to visit Shri Hemkunt Sahib. The doors of Hemkunt Sahib are opening today. The first batch of the Yatra left on Friday.

There are about 3200 Sikh devotees in the group. This is the first time that more than 3200 devotees will be present at Hemkunt Sahib on the first day of the Yatra. Today at 6.30 am, the second group of pilgrims will leave for Hemkunt Sahib from Dhandri under the leadership of 5 friends, where the gates will be opened at 9.30 am.
