On the occasion of Nav Pravesh Utsav, District Magistrate Umesh Pratap Singh welcomed the students of Composite Upper Primary School located at Hathaudi Buzurg on Monday by applying roli tilak and feeding them sweets. During this, the District Magistrate also made the students aware by planting trees.
The District Magistrate said that this is a good initiative of the government to make the school environment attractive and conducive for students. Such programs increase the attachment of students towards school and teachers. Their regular attendance in school and activeness and interest in teaching-learning activities will be generated.
The District Magistrate said that children are the future of the country and the future of the country depends on the education given to children. He said that children should be given quality education so that the future can be made better. Providing quality education to children is not only our government's responsibility but also our social and moral duty. He said that special attention should be given to children who are weak in studies so that they can move ahead normally along with other children.
The District Magistrate also stressed on 100% attendance of the children. He instructed that 100% attendance of students should be ensured in all the schools of the district. Parents' meeting should be held so that more and more children can take admission. At the same time, the school was decorated with flowers, leaves, rangoli, flags, balloons etc. to welcome the students.
