After the successful completion of the Kanwar fair, District Magistrate Dhiraj Singh Garbyal congratulated all the employees, officers and people associated with the organizations directly and indirectly associated with the fair and sought suggestions from all the stakeholders to make the fair more organized in future.
Under the special initiative of District Magistrate Dhiraj Singh Garbyal, documentation of this year's fair will be done by taking suggestions and feedback from the officers and employees associated with the fair. People associated with social organizations and business organizations can also give their suggestions.
The District Magistrate said that the number of devotees visiting the fair is increasing every year. In such a situation, there is a need for infrastructure development facilities of permanent nature.
The District Magistrate said that instructions have been given to provide feedback within a week to make all the arrangements like parking and traffic system, transport, toilets, cleanliness, medical, drinking water, electricity, accommodation for passengers etc. more simple and easy. The District Magistrate said that whether small or big, everyone's suggestion is important for us, therefore the cleaning staff, environment friends (all regular and outsourced) associated with the fair must also provide their feedback.
The district magistrate said that after a week, the deficiencies and suggestions received in the feedback will be discussed in a meeting and the suggestions will be sent to the government for a permanent solution.
