Palamu, June 26 (HS). Deputy Commissioner Shashi Ranjan heard the problems of the common people by organizing a public hearing in his office on Wednesday. Complainants from various blocks and villages of the district appeared before the Deputy Commissioner and put forth their problems. They also submitted applications related to their problems to the Deputy Commissioner. The Deputy Commissioner heard the entire matter of the applicants and after transferring the applications to the concerned departments, directed the concerned officials to resolve the problems of the common people within 15 days by setting priority and submit the related report to the Public Grievance Cell.
Asha Devi, who came from Nilambar Pitambarpur, submitted her application regarding land related matters in the Janta Durbar and demanded just action. Prayag Pandey, who came from Nawabazar, through his application requested for measuring his land by the district level Amin. Rimjhim Kumari, who came from Naudih Panchayat, complained to the Deputy Commissioner through her application about the irregularity in the recruitment of assistant in the Anganwadi Centre. Pramod Paswan, who came from Patan, complained to the Deputy Commissioner about installation of a hand pump in his village Barhi Palhe.
In the Janta Darbar, various applications including electricity problem, land demarcation by Anchal Amin, basic facilities, provision of water facility, etc. came which the Deputy Commissioner directed to forward to the concerned officials and execute them as soon as possible.
