The consecration of Mata Baglamukhi Shaktipeeth was done by Dr. Ashutosh Jhalani in the year 2017. Dr. Jhalani told that the temple of Mata is being built with 51 kilograms of gold. Right now, 40 lakh rupees have been spent in building the temple. 250 grams of gold has been used in the mandap of Mataji. He told that in ancient Tantra scriptures, there is mention of ten Mahavidyas Kali, Tara, Shodashi, Bhuvaneshwari, Chhinnamasta, Tripur, Bhairavi, Dhumavati, Baglamukhi, Matangi, Kamala. The worship of all of them has its own importance. Mata Baglamukhi is the eighth Mahavidya among the ten Mahavidyas. She is also known as Mata Pitambara.
Dr. Jhalani told that whatever waves are there in the whole universe, they are because of Mata Baglamukhi. She is the fierce form of Bhagwati Parvati. She herself is covered with yellow aura and yellow colour is specially used in her worship. She is also considered as the goddess of immobilization power. He told that the meaning of Baglamukhi is Bagla, the word is corrupted from Valga of Sanskrit language, which means bride. According to Kubjika Tantra, the name Bagla is made up of three letters, 'V', 'G', 'La', 'V' letter Varuni, 'G' letter Siddhida and 'La' letter addresses Earth. She has got this name due to the supernatural beauty and immobilization power of the mother. Dr. Jhalani told that free havan is organized in Mata Baglamukhi Dham in Akshay Jeevan City.
