This firm named Insta360 is based in Shenzhen. The slimming program was launched by the company early last year. So far 150 people have participated in it and together they have lost a total of 800 kg. For this, the company has distributed a total of Rs 1 crore 12,94,432 as a reward to all the employees. This plan works like a weight loss boot camp. Each camp is for 3 months, with a total of 30 workers. So far 5 such camps have been organized.
A large number of employees have applied for this program, so only obese people are being selected. In each camp, the members are divided into 3 groups, two groups of 10 members each and one group of 5 members. For every half a kilo of weight lost, a member gets Rs 4,593, but if any member of their group gains weight, then no member gets the reward amount. Instead, they will have to pay a fine of Rs 5700.
