Jaunpur, 26 July (HS). A case of molestation of a minor girl student of a village under Barsathi police station area came to light on Friday. In which the accused youth who molested the girl threatened to kill her if she complained to the police. The family members reached the police station with both the girls and submitted a complaint letter. Both the girls belong to the same family. They go to teach daily at Manju Coaching Center Nigoh.
In the complaint given to the police, the student has alleged that the youths of Sarai Harihar near the village, whose names are Aditya Gautam son of Shankar Gautam and Shubham Gautam son of Jaishankar Gautam, both these scoundrels stop the girl going home on a bicycle in the middle of the way and molest her and also use abusive language. Late Thursday evening, when both the sisters (students) were returning home from coaching, Aditya and Shubham stopped the bicycle and started molesting her. And told her to come to meet in the morning. When the student protested, they started abusing her. When both the students went home, the same two unruly youths Aditya and Shubham came to the student's house at night, after which when both the sisters started going home, the unruly scoundrels caught hold of the hands of both the sisters. At the same time, the uncle of both the sisters came. When the uncle strongly opposed this, the unruly scoundrels started beating them and even threatened to kill them before leaving.
The victim students said that their lives are in danger from these two unruly youths. The scared sisters have asked the police to take action against them. When asked about this matter on Friday, the SHO said that a complaint has been filed, the matter is being investigated and other legal action is underway.
