The campaign to do e-KYC through Aadhar card number in Amreli district will also start from Sunday 8th December.

Amreli News: In Amreli district, the state government has started the campaign to do e-KYC of all ration card holders through Aadhar card number. Ration card holders can do e-KYC in three ways. Aadhaar Card e-KYC process can be done at (1) Gram Panchayat office in rural areas or Fair Price Shop mentioned in the ration card, (2) at Taluka level and Mamlatdar office or Municipality office in urban areas.

Apart from this, ration card holders can do e-KYC through MY RATION application on mobile phone sitting at home. Guidance videos about the procedure are also available on YouTube platform. To do e-KYC, only details of ration card number, mobile number and Aadhaar number have to be given. No other documents like Xerox copy or bank account details should be provided. In order to enable maximum citizens of Amreli district to do e-KYC in this campaign, all the offices of the district will start e-KYC operations on the second day of public 8.12.2024 – Sunday, Amreli District Supply Officer said in a list. .
