Ranchi, 06 April (HS). The hearing on the anticipatory bail plea of Rajesh Koda, brother of former Chief Minister Madhu Koda, in a case of non-filing of income tax returns was held in the court of Additional Justice PK Sharma on Saturday. The court has directed the prosecution to file a reply in the case. The court has fixed April 16 as the next hearing date in the case. Advocate Jitendra Kumar appeared on behalf of Rajesh Koda.
It is noteworthy that Rajesh Koda is accused of not filing income tax returns. According to the complaint of the Income Tax Department, Rajesh Koda has not filed income tax returns from 2004 to 2010.
