Bhagalpur, May 29 (HS). Police has solved the robbery case that happened on May 26 near Vishhari Sthan in Ghongha police station area of the district. City SP Shriraj gave this information on Wednesday. City SP said that on May 26, three-four unknown criminals looted 5 lakh 50 rupees from a person from Bhagalpur near Vishhari Sthan under Ghongha police station.
In this regard, a case was registered under relevant sections in Ghogha police station and a raiding team was formed under the leadership of Sub-Divisional Police Officer Kahalgaon-01 under the supervision of Superintendent of Police City Bhagalpur as per the instructions of Senior Superintendent of Police Bhagalpur for recovery of the looted money and arrest of the criminals involved. During the raid by the team led by Sub-Divisional Police Officer Kahalgaon-01, three criminals involved in the incident were arrested along with the looted money, a new motorcycle bought from the looted money and a new mobile (with bill) and the Toto used in the incident was seized.
The arrested accused include Pintu Mandal alias Pinta and two juvenile offenders. The arrested accused Pintu Mandal alias Pinta has a criminal history. The raiding team included Ajit Kumar SHO Ghogha, Kanhaiya Kumar SHO Rasalpur, Chandan Kumar SHO Sanhaula police station along with other police officers and armed forces.
