The accused escaped from the session court by dodging the security guard

Jaipur, 21 May (HS). A case of an accused escaping from the sessions court by dodging the security guard has come to light. Police information has revealed that the accused was sentenced to seven years in prison for abetting suicide. Sadar police station has registered a case and started searching for the absconding accused.

Investigating officer SI Abhishek Swami said that ADJ-7 court reader Raghuveer Prasad Gupta registered the case that the accused Mohammad Salim (30), resident of Barkat Colony, Jhotwara, has absconded from the session court. A case of abetment to suicide was registered against him in Jhotwara police station. On 16th May, Mohammad Salim was presented in Court ADJ-7. Accused Mohammad Salim was sentenced to seven years simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 for abetment of suicide. After getting the sentence, the accused Salim was summoned to the Chalani Guard for judicial custody. Meanwhile, getting the opportunity, Mohammad Salim escaped from the court. Even after a lot of searching, no trace of him was found. A case was registered against the absconding accused in Sadar police station. Where the police have registered a case and are raiding the hideouts of the absconding accused.
