Ajmer, 21 September (HS). Clock Tower police station has arrested the absconding sharpshooter who had come to execute the murder of history-sheeter Sanjay Meena. Police has arrested the absconding accused shooter on production warrant from Dausa Central Jail. Several cases including robbery and gangrape are registered against the accused. Police is engaged in interrogation of the arrested accused after taking him on remand. Clock Tower police station in-charge Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary said that the sharpshooter is Abhishek Kumar alias Raju (26) son of Prem Singh, resident of Deeg district. The accused was lodged in Dausa Central Jail in a robbery case. Various cases including robbery, smuggling and gangrape of a minor are registered against the accused. Police station in-charge Dinesh Chaudhary said that earlier Sanjay Meena's associates conspired to kill Dharmendra Chaudhary and then executed the murder.

On which Dharmendra Chaudhary's nephew Varun Chaudhary planned to execute the murder in connection with the above incident. Varun Chaudhary and Akash Soni planned and called 5 sharp shooters from Bharatpur. Sharp shooters were kept in Kundan Nagar of Ajmer by Aman Diwakar, Pandit and Akash Soni. All the shooters were trying to commit murder as soon as they got a chance after doing recce. However, Alwar Gate police station on getting information raided the area and arrested four sharp shooters with weapons. In which the 5th shooter Abhishek absconded on getting information. Police has also arrested Aman Diwakar and Akash Soni who helped the shooters earlier. Along with this, the police has also arrested the mastermind of the planning Varun Chaudhary and sent him to jail. Varun had sent all the four shooters to take revenge for the murder of his uncle Dharmendra Chaudhary from Sanjay Meena. Varun, a resident of Bharatpur, has been living in Kundan Nagar for a long time. He is a history sheeter of Alwar Gate police station. Varun is also accused of plotting the murder of Ramkesh Meena and former Youth Congress president Vikram Sharma.
