Kishanganj, 07 December (Hindustan Reporter). The 2024-25 academic session of the Minority Residential School was inaugurated by organizing a program on Saturday in Deramari of Kochadhaman block of the district. On this occasion, the program was started by Minority Welfare Minister Jama Khan, Sunni Waqf Board Chairman Irsadullah, Minority Department Secretary Mohd. Sohail, District Magistrate Vishal Raj, former MLA cum JDU District President Kishanganj Mujahid Alam and the guests present lit the lamp. After this a welcome song was organised. On this occasion, Minority Welfare Minister Jama Khan said that this residential school is a big gift for the minorities.
Three days ago, the session of Minority Residential School was inaugurated in Darbhanga. Along with this, now such residential schools will be opened in other districts of Bihar also. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is working in the interest of minorities. Boys and girls can take charge of their future by taking education in minority residential schools. Sunni Waqf Board Chairman Irsadullah said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has given a great gift to the district. The Chief Minister thinks that this type of school should be built in every district. Former JDU MLA Mujahid Alam said that the commencement of the session of Minority Residential School is a matter of pride for the district. The children here will be able to get free education. In the program, Secretary Minority Department Mohd. Sohail, District Magistrate Vishal Raj, Additional Secretary Dr. Aamir, Major Iqbal Haider, Congress MLA Izharul Hussain, Bahadurganj MLA Anzar Naimi, Kochadhaman MLA Izhar Asfi, Thakurganj MLA Saud Alam, Irshad Ali, former MLA Naushad Alam also addressed the gathering. Senior JDU leader Buland Akhtar Hashmi, Dr. Aamir Minhaj, Talha Yusuf, Faizal, Congress District President Imam Ali Chintu etc. were present on the occasion.
