The menace of wolves has ended in Uttar Pradesh, but now the menace of wild boars is being seen in Odisha. In the last 24 hours, wild boars have fatally attacked five people at different places. These five people have been seriously injured in this attack. As soon as the news was received, there was an atmosphere of fear in these two districts as well as in other nearby districts. Seeing the situation, the villagers have appealed to the Forest Department and the State Government to catch these pigs.
According to local people, a wild boar has started creating terror in Talcher of Angul district. A pig entered a house and attacked two people. Both these people were seriously injured in this attack. Fortunately, other people in the house chased him with sticks and the pig ran away from the house. On the other hand, three people were seriously injured in a wild boar attack in Brahmagiri of Puri district. All these injured have been admitted to the hospital. However, after treatment, doctors have declared him out of danger and he has been kept under strict observation.
Attack on elderly woman and child
According to the information, a wild boar attacked an elderly woman and a child inside the house in Mandalpada area of Talcher on Thursday morning. The boar suddenly entered the house and attacked in such a way that 60-year-old woman Chaturi Nayak and 10-year-old child Raja Nayak were seriously injured. Hearing Chaturi's scream, the family members ran to help. After this the pig entered the other room. People locked the pig in that room and took the two injured people to the hospital.
