Fire In INS Brahputra: A sudden fire broke out on the Indian Navy ship INS Brahmaputra on Sunday evening. This accident happened when the warship was at the naval dock in Mumbai. The incident happened on Sunday evening. The fire was so severe that after the fire broke out on Sunday, it could be controlled only after a lot of efforts on Monday morning.

However, now this warship has tilted to one side. A sailor is also reported missing after this incident. The Indian Navy said in a statement that INS Brahmaputra capsized in the sea after a massive fire. The statement said that officials are searching for a sailor who is missing since the fire incident.

“A fire broke out on board the Indian Navy's multi-purpose warship Brahmaputra on the evening of 21 July while it was undergoing repairs. By the morning of 22 July 24, the fire was brought under control by the ship's crew with the help of firefighters from Naval Dockyard, Mumbai and other ships in the port,” the Navy said in a statement.

The statement further said that due to the fire incident on the warship INS Brahmaputra, the warship tilted severely to one side (port side). Despite all efforts, the aircraft could not be corrected. The ship started tilting forward along with its berth and is currently resting on one side. All the personnel have been identified except a junior sailor, whose search is on. The Indian Navy has ordered an investigation into the accident.
