He thought that something should be done so that the disabled, mentally retarded and poor children of the society can stand on their feet. With this very thought in mind, in September 2021, I started 'Teri Ot Viklang Sanstha' with seven children, which include 14 year old Suraj from UP, 14 year old Chintu from Ludhiana, 5 year old from UP etc. These include 11 year old Aman from Ludhiana, 6 year old Ravi from UP, 10 year old Preeti from Ludhiana and 15 year old Nana from Maharashtra.
Today, the organization has about 35 children who are being cared for by its partners. The organization is running in a rented house but some organizations have promised cooperation in the near future. Deaf and mute children are given education through sign language. He said that the main objective of the organization is to make these children stand on their own feet. The institution has an office, kitchen, one room and 2 toilets. Arrangements for food for children are also being made by the organization. Every festival is celebrated by the institution. Many people also come to take tilak and henna from these children. All children stay in the institute from 10 am to 3 pm and are discharged home after 3 pm. Efforts are also made to teach children the recitation of Japuji Sahib, Mahajaap Mrityunjay and Gayatri Mantra. There are 12 staff members to look after the children. He said that considering the expenditure incurred to meet the needs of children, one has to go door to door for funding. Efforts have also been started to get these children married to a disabled child.

Iqbal Kaur said that undoubtedly she got the inspiration for social service from her parents, but the service spirit of Gurpreet Singh Mintu of the humanitarian service Supaniyan Da Ghar organization has also greatly influenced her to help the helpless people on the streets. Get hope of living a good life. It is no less than a medicine to give a helpless and helpless person a feeling of belonging.
