Barabanki, August 12 (HS). Temples became centers of power along with religious functions. In ancient times, temples were centers of education, gymnasium, and also a medium for awakening the society and uniting the Hindu society. Saint Chetanananda of Patanjali Yoga Ashram said that Vishwa Hindu Parishad is continuously doing better work towards the protection and promotion of Hindu society. Work of service, self-reliance and social harmony should start in service colonies with speed. Vishwa Hindu Parishad's regional organization minister Gajendra said that the money coming to the temple should be used for the benefit of the society. Jan Jagran work of Hindu society is also being done through the priests and purohit.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad's provincial organization minister Vijay Pratap said that Muslim invaders divided Hindu society into castes and ruled the country for thousands of years and destroyed the religious and cultural heritage. Such anti-national forces are still engaged in dividing the country. The core of Vishwa Hindu Parishad is satsang. Therefore, at least a satsang should be organized at the village level for the unification of Hindu society and public awareness.
